- We only use genuine 100% enterprise-class servers hosted in our own colocation located in New York, Los Angels, Dallas etc. Our servers are fully optimized and loaded with the latest operating system and software you select at checkout.
- What control panels and operating systems are available?
- We offer your choice of Linux or Windows, in just about every flavor possible. You can select the operating system (and control panel) options for your server at checkout. If you don’t see the version or option you require, please Contact Us and let us know and we usually can accommodate any customized software request.
We offer control panel installation, setup and licensing for cPanel, Plesk and DirectAdmin, as well as licensing for WHMCS (popular for web hosting companies), and you can select these at checkout.
- What support is included with my server?
- We provide support for hardware issues, network issues and anything relating to the host machine. You can reboot your server at anytime via the client area. We also offer optional Managed Service Plans that you can choose at sign-up which include additional support elements such as hardening your server, setting up a firewall, troubleshooting and customizing server software components such as Apache, IIS, Mail, MySQL and anything part of the operating system.
- Do you provide backups?
- Yes, customers can optionally purchase backups.
- What will happened if any of hardware component fails?
- We will replace the faulty component as fast as we can. Our onsite technician work 24/7/365.
- Do you provide DDoS protection with the server?
- Yes, we do provide 2Gbps free DDOS protection for our Buffalo, NY and Los Angels server. All other location server have 1Gbps free DDOS protection.
- What is the speed of the server’s network port?
- All of our servers are connected with a 1Gbps fully duplex network port. Some of servers have 10Gbps network port capacity.
- How quickly are dedicated servers provisioned?
- Dedicated servers are typically provisioned within 2 to 24 hours.
- How quickly you will response on support ticket?
- Our average support response time is 10 minutes. We also provide live chat solution on emergency situation.
